Susanna Forrest

Susanna is an award-winning author of two critically acclaimed books — If Wishes Were Horses and The Age of the Horse — and a contributor to The Atlantic, The Guardian, and Paris Review Daily. Educated in social anthropology at Cambridge University, she brings a rare combination of literary sensibility and publishing industry knowledge to her work: she trained as a literary agent at Sheil Land Associates before building a career as a writer and editor. Based in Sweden, she specialises in helping academics write trade books and reach general audiences, working with writers at the proposal stage and beyond.
